Totally Polished brought Manhattan to Port-of-Spain when it opened its doors in May 2015.

The brainchild of Kathy , Totally Polished is a nail bar that caters to the busy professional.

Kathy  was inspired to open the spa during a visit to Trinidad and Tobago in 2014 when she needed a rush nail job and couldn’t get one without an appointment.

Noting that such a walk-in service was popular in New York where she lived for over 25 years, Kathy admits that this was never a dream plan but still decided to  invest  in a nail bar/beauty bar.

Totally Polished is chic and sophisticated with its gleaming rows of pedicure stations and amenities such as a bar where clients can sip on wine and cocktails while being pampered.

Here clients can relax while enjoying full service pedicures, manicures, all nail enhancements waxes and wine.

With quality service as its trademark, the Totally Polished brand with  a successful 6 years behind her, Kathy  is set to take the Totally Polished brand further to continue to encourage women, especially, to feel beautiful inside and out.

In 2019 Paul was called on by the Ministry of Education to work with their Liberal Arts Department in updating their courses outlined for their Nail Technicians.  Kathy assisted in  re-writing the cumulative to include customer service as the core of the course.
